- General reception including operating switchboard, answering calls, taking messages and greeting/attending to clients/ visitors.
- Manage general & services inquiries from web, mail and phone
- Attending to bulk mailing and social media campaigns.
- General office assistance.
- Inviting and confirming attendees for show houses.
- Arranging meetings & manage diaries.
- Maintaining a high level of general Customer Service.
Requirements of this Post:
- Grade 12.
- Reception experience would be preferred.
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
- Attention to detail.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
